Welcome to Motion Dance & Fitness

MOVE, INSPIRE, CREATE

Motion is a place where dance, fun and healthy wellbeing are combined in one; a studio and service for everyone who wants to express themselves through the freedom of movement.

Whether it be for for fun, fitness, competition or examination, all levels of ability are catered for by a team of compassionate and dedicated instructors.


We offer a range of various dance and fitness classes from 2 years of age to Adults.


Education Program

Our educational program brings dance and fitness classes direct to the educational school and day care campus to support busy families and children by bringing their favourite classes on-site. Proudly servicing McAuley Primary School, Rose Bay.
