Motion Pilates Mat classes are a full-body workout based on the principles of the traditional Pilates method, combined with a contemporary and modern movement.
Our Instructors are highly skilled & experienced; and it is our aim is to deliver you fun, creative classes designed to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge your limits.

Motion Kids / Parent & Me Yoga is a specialised yoga class for children that builds healthy bodies, minds and spirits in a fun and non-competitive environment.
Classes incorporates story-telling, music and role play with yoga poses.
Kids Yoga helps create calmness by promoting breathing and relaxation, it fosters resilience and confidence and increases strength, flexibility and balance.
Open to children from 2 years old
Motion Yoga focuses on connecting body, mind and breath.
Each class is composed of flowing and creative sequences, creating a moving meditation and increasing strength, flexibility and awareness. Modifications are offered throughout.

Motion Barre Fit classes are a fun and energising full body-sculpting workout.
With choreographed sequences and upbeat music, Barre Fit is designed to get your heart pumping and make you sweat. We combine the beauty and grace of Pilates, the amazing strength and stamina of ballet, plus the intensity of aerobic fitness. The movements are aimed to strengthen and lengthen your body from top to bottom, with special focus on toning your tummy, hips, thighs, and butt!
Open from 12 years to Adults and all fitness levels; we offer variations and modifications to regress and progress exercises to suit beginners to advance.

Trial any class or classes in the first 2 weeks of term for free.
Classes are billed on a termly basis. Invoices will be issued prior to the commencement of each term and are to be paid in full within two weeks of term commencing. Places in classes are not guaranteed until fee is paid. There is a one-off enrolment fee of $10 (paid annually). All prices include GST. We do not offer refunds for missed lessons, however credit or refunds will be issued for any class cancellations that are beyond our control.
